The packs-flat stand, now with a travel mode. Lift the panel out of the slot, slide it into the rails on the base and it clicks shut into a slim box with your cable inside. Two flat parts, no supports, no hardware.
Same angled slot as the original: drop the panel tab in and the 65 degree lean is set. Phone sits against the lip, cable routes through the lip slot and the plug cutout.
Pull the panel straight up out of the slot, lay it flat, and slide it in from the back. C-channel rails on the base grip its edges, the front edge tucks under a hook on the lip, and a bump-and-notch detent clicks it home.
Push the lid back out with your thumb through the notch in the back edge of the base. The 5 mm gap inside holds a coiled charging cable.
PLA or PETG, 0.2 mm layers, 3 walls, 15% infill, no supports. Both parts on one plate on any Bambu printer, A1 mini included. About 1 hour 40 minutes total.
Base prints as loaded, rails up. The rail grooves are 4.4 mm bridges and print clean. Panel prints flat, smooth side down.
Rails are 0.3 mm wider than the panel per side, the hook has 0.5 mm over the lid. If the click is too stiff, sand the two small bumps inside the rails; if loose, a drop of glue on a bump.
